At Coco & Lola, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all designer tags still attached.

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Package and Post

  Carefully pack your items and send them back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping service of your choice.

• 4.
  Processing

  Once received and inspected, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
